Recently I was the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Worldwide Computing Consulting Corporation (www.wc3.us), where I provided the vision, strategies, and organizational structure for the both the onshore and offshore teams. I was also responsible for identifying high potential markets and verticals that can yield new revenue streams and expand the company’s scope of influence and expertise.
I take great joy in coaching and mentoring team members towards achieving their personal goals. I still believe and follow Warren Bennis’ saying, “Managers do things the right way, Leaders do what’s right”.
