CEO and COO
Brad has extensive operational and general-management experience in manufacturing companies, as well as several years of strategy-consulting experience. Most recently he spent past 13+ years with Bray International, a privately-held global manufacturer of industrial valves and flow control equipment serving a wide variety of markets, including water filtration, water treatment, desalination, power, chemical, temperature control, food and beverage, mining, and oil & gas. As COO, Brad oversaw Bray’s global operations, including primary factories in the USA, China, and India. He also had responsibility for US sales and global R&D during his time with Bray.
Brad’s earlier career includes positions with ExxonMobil, McKinsey and Company, Accenture, and Enron Industrial Markets.
Since leaving Bray at the end of 2018, Brad has been exploring President/CEO, Board, and ownership opportunities with mid-market industrial companies in need of an ownership and/or leadership transition. He is working on a non-exclusive basis with Salt Creek Capital, searching for mutually-attractive acquisition targets. Salt Creek is an independent sponsor private-equity firm, generally focusing on companies smaller than the lower end of the typical PE firm's target size range.
