I assist business owners in obtaining funding for any type of commercial project through traditional lenders as well as Private Equity Groups (PEGs) which provide a multiple line of credit. Loans are provided to both the public and private sectors, domestically and internationally.
One PEG offers an Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Loan Program providing a 10-year term, interest only, line of credit at 10x the deposit made. The deposit required (1) is 10% of the loan amount, (2) is not collateral for the project, (3) is used to trigger the loan, (4) is placed in a Tier-1 bank non-depletion account under the depositor’s name, and (5) is returned within 120 - 150 days of the date of the deposit with a 10% interest payment on the deposit amount. This PEG is currently funding Environmental projects and medical- or dental-related Social projects meeting the Price Waterhouse Coopers criteria for an ESG loan.
Another PEG provides a 4-year term plus 4 years if the project is in good standing, quarterly interest only payments on the withdrawn amount, line of credit of up to 4x the deposit made. The deposit (1) depends on the loan amount, (2) is not collateral for the project, (3) is used to trigger the loan, (4) is placed in a Tier-1 bank non-depletion account under the depositor’s name, (5) is held for the term of the loan, and (6) earns 5% annually through a 100% Bond Guarantee provided by the PEG to the depositor at no cost.
