I’m Diana Goldberg, the founder and principal consultant of DG Organizational Consulting. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations on strategic direction: where they want to go, and how they'll get there.

My passion is to help people and organizations determine and pursue their goals, and by doing so empower people to reach their greatest potential.

My practice brings in aspects of leadership development, team development, organizational culture, and managing transitions. Projects I've worked on include supporting organizations through changing organizational identity & direction; leadership transitions; group decision-making; and most recently, designing and leading a virtual leadership development program which is part of a major cultural shift.

I work with clients to increase organizational effectiveness through a multi-disciplinary approach drawing from social and behavioral sciences, business management, economics, sociology and anthropology, neuroscience, change management, and more. The values underpinning my work form the foundation of my consulting practice: collaboration, participation & inclusion, exploration & growth, and integrity.

In addition to my consulting work, I am involved in various volunteer and pro bono projects. As a past president of the Organization Development Network of Chicago (ODNC), I guided ODNC through a full strategic planning process, revitalizing our membership and building a strong, cohesive and diverse Board of Directors. I am also a member of the Community Advisory Council of the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center,  a non-profit which brings together public, private, and community partners to reduce the trauma of abused children.
