The Member Success Team supports Highrise Members by actively engaging and communicating with them regularly. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our Members and supporting them throughout their Highrise experience. The primary role for the Member Success Team is to elevate each Member’s networking objectives by assisting them and maximizing their opportunities for success.
Ashley Baker has held myriad positions within public education; she began her working years as a teacher and moved up through the ranks. She is the former Director of a medical credentialing and enrollment company, and has pursued work in residential real estate. Her passion for culture, engagement, and facilitation led her to Highrise Networks where she strives to cultivate strong and productive teams through meaningful relationship building and effective leadership. She has a knack for problem solving and believes in the immense value of lifelong learning. Areas of expertise for Ashley include program management, training and development, and organizational communications. Ashley is a graduate of the University of Portland in Portland, Oregon where she double-majored in English and Secondary Education. While the Northwest will always be home, she has spent the last 15 years in Austin, Texas with her husband, children, and furry friends. Ashley enjoys running, her morning coffee, and any time spent outdoors with family.

Sean Doetzer has extensive experience in the banking and credit union industry. After holding roles in management, sales, small business lending, and personal lending he found his passion for training and facilitation. Sean has extensive experience designing and delivering effective corporate learning solutions. Known for his ability to connect with others, he has a talent for facilitating group discussions and bringing people together to find commonalities and build meaningful relationships. As a United States Army veteran, he considers his two greatest achievements to be serving in the military and his family. In his free time, he enjoys grilling and spending time outdoors with his family.

Laura Mercier has over 25 years’ experience in business and operational management in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. She is the former Director of several business incubator programs, mentoring entrepreneurs across multiple industries, and developing strong community partnerships in the economic development space. Laura has also served as Executive and Regional Director for community re-entry and rehabilitation programs, managing operations, government contracts, and community relations. Laura believes relationships are at the core of any successful business and brings this passion to her role at Highrise Networks. She focuses on creating an environment where business professionals can connect in an engaging and impactful way, through peer mentoring and collaborative brainstorming.
Laura holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Leadership and a BS in Sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, good wine, and spending time with her family and fluffy dogs in beautiful Colorado.
