We pride ourselves on building relationships with our Members and supporting them throughout their Highrise experience. The primary role for the Member Success Team is to elevate each Member’s networking objectives by assisting them and maximizing their opportunities for success.

Jenipher Cornelius
Senior Vice President of Member Success & Engagement

Jenipher Cornelius has 15+ years of sales and operational experience primarily in the finance industry. Holding positions in Corporate banking, Commercial lending, and Financial Advising, Jenipher is well versed and knowledgeable in finance. She is a people person and enjoys building relationships with her colleagues and clients. Jenipher’s greatest achievements include the development of staff to further their careers through mentorship and coaching. Jenipher obtained her MBA in 2009 and is currently a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her family, international travel, running, and a nice glass of red wine. Originally from Oregon, Jenipher now calls Raleigh, North Carolina home.

Sean Doetzer
Vice President of Member Success & Engagement

Sean Doetzer has extensive experience in the banking and credit union industry.  After holding roles in management, sales, small business lending, and personal lending he found his passion for training and facilitation.  Sean has extensive experience designing and delivering effective corporate learning solutions.  Known for his ability to connect with others, he has a talent for facilitating group discussions and bringing people together to find commonalities and build meaningful relationships. As a United States Army veteran, he considers his two greatest achievements to be serving in the military and his family. In his free time, he enjoys grilling and spending time outdoors with his family.

Julie Headley
Vice President of Member Success & Engagement

Julie has been creating and growing leadership development programs for civic-minded business leaders. She has designed highly-regarded engagement opportunities for young professionals, up to the CEO of the company. She has worked for the Dallas Regional Chamber and Fort Worth Chamber, managing programs and events for members. She is passionate about connecting business professionals and helping them achieve their goals. Julie is a native of Oklahoma, but has been in Texas since graduating from Oklahoma State University (go Pokes!) and spent time in Australia studying abroad. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and attempting to garden. She spends most weekends entertaining her high-energy kindergartner with her husband Mike.

Liz Centi
Vice President of Member Success & Engagement

Liz has been working for a variety of membership driven organizations encompassing many industries. Her primary focus has been on creating strategies to increase recruitment, engagement and retention. She has been instrumental in piloting very productive programs that contributed significantly to membership growth. Liz enjoys building the deep relationships necessary to be successful in her role. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from State University of New York in English/Communications. An avid writer, Liz writes a motivational blog, has been published in national magazines and authored two books ( a motivational and a children’s) with her golden retrievers as the subjects. She lives in upstate New York and enjoys spending time with her husband, children and pups.

Kristen Cargill
Vice President of Member Success & Engagement

Kristen comes to Highrise Networks with extensive experience in a leadership role at a regional, metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, overseeing all membership recruitment and retention efforts. She has 20+ years of sales and sales management experience, in the fields of both membership organizations and finance. As the executive director of recruiting, Kristen was a nationally ranked recruiter for a large financial firm. Her experience in membership organizations ranges from member services, new member sales and retention, to leading the membership team. She is a graduate of Cortland College with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Kristen comes from a military family and has lived in many places across the US. She is the mother of two sons, one of whom serves in the Air Force as an F-15 Strike Eagle pilot, and the other is an aspiring lacrosse goalie. She resides in Albany, New York where she enjoys skiing, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Kim Derry
Vice President of Member Success & Engagement

Kim Derry has 15+ years of management and leadership experience with one of the nation's premiere non-profit organizations. Leadership development, philanthropy, group training experiences and project management are areas of expertise for Kim. She is a team builder and enjoys coaching groups to drive high quality results, develop synergy and establish strong team culture. Kim is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Political Science and Education. A native of North Carolina, Kim continues to call Raleigh, NC her home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time sailing on the Intercoastal Waterway with her family, cheering on the Wolfpack, working out and making intentional memories with her children. .
