Terms and Certifications

 

Membership Term

Your membership is for one calendar month. This is established by letting our member services team know which month you prefer. They will be in contact with you. 

Membership Includes

  • One Geographical group*

  • Up to two Focus Groups

  • Up to two Community Forums on Fridays at 8:00 AM Pacific

  • Social Events in your area. There may be additional costs.

  • Unlimited Webinars

*Exclusivity is granted to Geo groups
members and a guest must be cleared
of specialty conflict.
 

Membership Extension

Upon the completion of the member of the month membership you will be offered an annual membership which will include both a Geographical and Focus group of your choice. The membership fee is $2,300 a year. 

Experience & Standing

Member acknowledges that he/she is not currently facing any disciplinary actions from his/her licensing agency nor has Member had his/her license suspended or revoked.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Any information disclosed by or on behalf of Highrise Networks to the Member [during the Term] OR [at any time before the termination of this Agreement] (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) that at the time of disclosure was marked [or described] as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Member (acting reasonably) to be confidential, shall be kept confidential by the Member and not shared with others.

Website and Social Media Release

Member hereby grants permission to Highrise Networks to use Members name, photos & contact information for email communications, our website & our social media posts. Member hereby releases Highrise Networks employees, managers, members, officers, parent companies, subsidiaries, and directors, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said items, including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights. Member acknowledges and agrees that no sums whatsoever will be due to Member as a result of the use and/or exploitation of the stated items or any rights therein.

Renewal

Membership renewal is at our discretion and is based upon a  number of factors including meeting participation. Members who are not active and engaged will not be invited to renew.

Arbitration

All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the Member’s participation in a Highrise Networks group shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The arbitration shall be subject to the Laws of the American Arbitration Association.

AI Bot Recorders

In accordance with Federal Law, the regulations regarding consent may vary from state to state regarding the recording of conversations. To ensure the confidentiality of our meetings, we kindly request that you refrain from introducing AI bot recorders into our sessions. If we become aware of the presence of AI bot recorders, they will be promptly removed from the meetings.
