After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at UC Berkeley and his MBA at USC, Bruce worked as a CPA for six years before joining the family business at his dad’s insurance agency. Over the past 36 years in the insurance business, Bruce has served as President of the local association and Director of the statewide Independent Insurance Agent and Brokers organization where he earned numerous leadership awards for service to the community. In 2012, Bruce founded his own successful commercial insurance agency, and in early 2021 joined his firm together to form Knauf Maxwell Insurances Services, a Foundation Risk Partners Company.
