Experience & Standing

Partner acknowledges that he/she is not currently facing any disciplinary actions from his/her licensing agency nor has Partner had his/her license suspended or revoked.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Any information disclosed by or on behalf of Highrise Networks to the Partner [during the Term] or [at any time before the termination of this Agreement] (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) that at the time of disclosure was marked [or described] as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Partner (acting reasonably) to be confidential, shall be kept confidential by the Partner and not shared with others.

Website and Social Media Release

Partners hereby grants permission to Highrise Networks to use Partners name, photos & contact information for email communications, our website & our social media posts. Partner hereby releases Highrise Networks employees, managers, Partners, officers, parent companies, subsidiaries, and directors , from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said items, including without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights. Partner acknowledges and agrees that no sums whatsoever will be due to Partner as a result of the use and/or exploitation of the stated items or any rights therein.

Free Membership Provided

Partnership will include one Geographical group of your choice.

Guesting

Highrise Partners have unlimited guesting privileges at Geo Groups. Partners may guest at other Geo Groups provided that the visiting Partner’s specialty is not in conflict with any Partner of the Group they are visiting. 

Partnership Terms

Partnership begins upon the payment of the $2,500 training fee. Once training is complete, you will receive 25% of gross revenue minus a 3% merchant processing fee.

Payments will be made prior to the 15^th day of the month for the previous month’s revenue. If the revenue is not more than $550 it will be deferred to the next month.

Termination

Highrise reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days notice if the performance isn’t sufficient to sustain a viable group. The Partner will be entitled to 90 days of continued revenue from sales of the group. There are no refunds.
