There are more 250K employers in Illinois with employees, and every business owner needs help in designing the best employee benefits package they can offer. What’s more, today there are five distinct generations in the workforce, and each one values different benefits more than others. That’s what I do, I help the heart of Illinois commerce design benefits packages to attract and retain the best talent across generations that they can find. As a trusted advisor, I bring deep benefits expertise, creative problem-solving, and executive leadership skills to each and every one of my clients. I’ve approached every prior job the same way – as an opportunity to grow while helping others achieve success.

Over the years I’ve developed a unique ability to build and execute inventive solutions while collaborating with high performance teams. I have an entrepreneurial spirit, but also an altruistic one, and my proudest moments are my client’s achievements.

At heart, I am a builder. From my early days building out lighting solutions for Juno and Motorola, to building a company that would become a top 50 SMB Chicago benefits firm, to building a strategic plan and earning Pinnacle sales status at OneDigital, I’ve been inspired to level-up businesses and people. I am at my best when I’m on the ground floor of something fresh, something bigger than me… I am always up for a challenge. That’s why I joined the Make-A-Wish foundation.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me on the links or my Peloton. I’m sgadom if you also ride. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially at any kind of musical show or baseball games – I even like watching baseball on TV! I enjoy a good glass of wine, listening to the Beatles and riffing on my guitars. I know I am fortunate to have a fruitful and well-balanced life. I know my best days are ahead. And I’m grateful to the people that I collaborate and connect with along my journey.
