Kristen Cargill

Kristen comes to Highrise Networks with extensive experience in a leadership role at a regional, metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, overseeing all membership recruitment and retention efforts. She has 20+ years of sales and sales management experience, in the fields of both membership organizations and finance. As the executive director of recruiting, Kristen was a nationally ranked recruiter for a large financial firm.

Her experience in membership organizations ranges from member services, new member sales and retention, to leading the membership team. She is a graduate of Cortland College with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Kristen comes from a military family and has lived in many places across the US. She is the mother of two sons, one of whom serves in the Air Force as an F-15 Strike Eagle pilot, and the other is an aspiring lacrosse goalie. She resides in Albany, New York where she enjoys skiing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
