Jonathan Lopez advises companies that are focused on growth, providing unique counsel and strategy often needed during various points of expansion and M&A transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel for companies, providing advice on operations, contract negotiations, regulatory concerns, employment strategies, and shareholder and corporate governance concerns.

Jonathan’s client list has always reflected his passion in advising underrepresented groups in business. A majority of his clients are companies that are wholly or largely owned by minorities and tend to have people of color or women in positions of executive leadership.
