Jonathan Lopez advises companies that are focused on growth, providing unique guidance and strategy often needed during various points of expansion plans. Though he often serves as outside general counsel for companies, he can also serve to provide advice on specific business transactions, employment and labor strategies, or shareholder and corporate governance concerns.

Jonathan’s client list has always reflected his passion in advising underrepresented groups in business. A large majority of his clients are companies that are wholly or largely owned by minorities and tend to have people of color or women in positions of executive leadership.
