Dianne has more than 20 years of banking, real estate, and finance experience. She utilizes her experience of closing over $400 million in commercial real estate transactions as leverage to arrange debt & equity financing and provide investment and strategic advisory services to help clients achieve their investment goals & objectives.
Prior to launching Black Collie Capital, Dianne worked as a financial analyst at a midsize bank in Chicago, where she worked directly with the CFO on the banks strategic financial and investment initiatives. Later she joined one of the top Commercial Brokerage firm as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Specialist. As a Specialist she worked with investors in all area of commercial real estate, including development, investments, acquisitions, financing, advisory service, underwriting and due diligence.
Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University Driehaus College of Business. Dianne is also an active participant in numerous professional and community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Urban Land Institute. She also volunteers at the pilot Community Connections program with the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and the Center for Working Families.
