Craig della Penna

With nearly twenty-five years of experience in management consulting and financial services, Craig della Penna brings extensive insight and expertise to his clients, having assessed over 120 organizations, conducted 330+ executive assessments, and coached over 50 C-suite executives. In addition over 700 leaders have attended his HireBest® selection interview training courses. At Aesop he is building a values-based firm that adds value for investors while strengthening companies for leaders of all levels. Prior to launching Aesop Partners, Craig was a partner at Green Peak Partners where he led their Organizational Assessment & Development practice to 5x growth. Previously he was a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on the Organizational Practice Group while advising clients in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries. Craig began his career in corporate finance with M&T Bank and then People's United, ultimately serving as the Divisional CFO for the bank’s largest and most profitable division. Craig received his M.B.A. with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Trinity College. He lives in the Boston metro area with his wife and their two children. And his ferocious hunting poodle puppy in training, Sherlock.
