Bronson joined Keystone Advanced Solutions (KAS), an accounting & financial consulting firm that provides expert fractional CFO/Controller services, as a Partner in early 2020. Other services that KAS offers include outsourced bookkeeping, audit preparation, financial reporting and special projects (such as internal control review, due diligence (buy/sell) or cash flow modeling and projections).
He has spent his entire career working in accounting and finance roles at both privately owned and public companies, having most recently founded BFM Solutions in 2018, a financial consulting & outsourcing firm providing services to small businesses.
Prior to BFM Solutions, he held VP-Finance/CFO and Controller roles at an automobile software-as-a-service company, a property tax and flood services business and a credit card processing provider.
Bronson began his career in the Big 4, working at both Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP in their respective audit & assurance areas.
Bronson received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Accounting from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
