I have had the privilege of leading organizations in their customer centric transformation at Symantec, Yahoo! and Sage as their CCO/CMO. Across my 20+ years of leadership I have led global support and service functions for Oracle, Openwave, and Verisign as well as small start-ups. Currently, I am the President & Chairman of the Board for the Consortium for Service Innovation NPO (serviceinnovation.org) and through the work of the Consortium, we have helped 100’s of customer service organization innovate better business models to deliver deep value to their customers while better engaging their employees to grow their businesses. I am also one of their recognized Innovators. I also serve as a Board Member & recognized Innovator of Customer Experience Professional Association NPO (CXPA.org). I am a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) I am also a Co-Founder and Tribal Elder of the TribeCX Ltd, and an alumni member of the Forrester Chief Customer Executive Council. I am a recognized thought leader in the Customer Experience and Service Innovation space and has published dozens of articles for various online publications including for Forbes, New York Times, Fox Business and Entrepreneur. I am a frequent keynote speaker across the CX and Customer Service industries. ...but in real life I love my wife Jen, travel, digital photography, Jimmy Buffet, skin diving, coaching, boating, licensed SEL private pilot, indoor sky diving, theatre arts, cycling, camping, golf, church community participation, parenting my five children and our golden retriever Lulu.
