Personally, I have always been reluctant to ask for help from others. Until someone asked me how I felt when I was the one to provide support. I answered that I felt good, and happy doing so. They responded that in not accepting help from others, I was depriving them of experiencing those feelings. This struck a chord with me.
This brings me to the question for today....
If you have been reluctant to ask for help in the past, are you more likely to ask for help after reading about McRaven’s experiences? Why or why not?
