Terry "Doc" Dockery, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Doc is a Business Growth Consultant, Virtual Partner, speaker, and writer who is Founder and CEO of The Resolve Firm. Since 1993 he has helped leaders in small to Fortune 500 companies have more fun, make more money, and do more good.
He specializes in helping leaders resolve the Business Conundrums they encounter along the way to actualizing their goals--he has helped several companies double their revenues and several executives double their self-confidence.
Doc holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His book "Leadership, Happiness & Profit: 12 Steps to a High-Performance Business" was on Amazon's best seller list for a time, and he has been interviewed as an expert on leadership and organizational high performance by national and international publications such as USA Today, Forbes.com, CFO Magazine, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
He has served on the faculty of the U.S Chamber of Commerce Executive Training Program, the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards Committee of the Georgia Psychological Association, and numerous Boards of Advisors. He is currently most active helping to develop young entrepreneurs at the Kennesaw State University Entrepreneurship Center.
In his spare time Doc is widely known as a man who puts the "harm" in harmonica--he plays in an Allman Brothers tribute band that regularly packs venues in Atlanta and the Southeast. He is a former professional musician who received the "Lucille Award" from B.B. King himself.
