Stephanie Kusibab is an accomplished and versatile strategy consultant with more than twenty years’ experience delivering programs that accelerate growth and mission achievement. Through broad business experience and perspective, she quickly understands and assesses a situation to identify growth opportunities across any industry or profession. As a skilled facilitator she leads high-stakes conversations and training that resets expectations and establishes ground rules for ongoing success of leadership teams and boards of directors. Stephanie also helps organizational leaders guide their teams during uncertain times with leadership, change management and strategy coaching and serves as a sounding board and unbiased observer to help identify opportunities for improved performance. She regularly improves revenue and effectiveness in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors through mission and vision creation, strategic planning, research, leadership and team development, coaching, governance training, and change management initiatives.
Prior to starting her own firm, Stephanie applied her core competencies as a primary driver in the ongoing growth of numerous SmithBucklin association management clients, including in staff roles for the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), the Clinical Laboratory Management Association (CLMA), Palo Alto Networks’ User Group (Fuel), and the Battery Council International (BCI). As a consultant and strategic advisor at SmithBucklin, Stephanie contributed to strategy and change management initiatives for client organizations across a wide variety of industries and professions, including healthcare, accreditation, technology, telecommunications, building products, retail, hospitality, professional services, manufacturing and transportation.
Previously, Stephanie worked in the for-profit sector as a marketing and business leader driving revenue growth through strategic planning, new product development, innovative go-to-market strategies, sales enablement and channel optimization for an international manufacturer. She also developed and institutionalized a global account planning process for an international banking client, including facilitating meetings on three continents and across nine separate business units.
When she is not working, Stephanie is a dedicated baseball mom and enjoys international travel and boating with her husband and teenage son.
