Shane has worked extensively throughout Texas, from Frisco to the Rio Grande Valley, as Division Manager and Business Development Manager for a general contractor, and VP of Operations for a development firm. Projects for these firms included three residential developments, the $125-million Ak Chin Hotel & Casino, and the $2.5-billion Tesla Battery Plant.
Right out of school, he joined a general contracting firm where he served as Assistant Project Manager for the $60-million Washington Mutual Headquarters project, Assistant Superintendent on the $105-million, 31-story Four Seasons Residences condominium tower on Town Lake in Austin, and also as Assistant Superintendent on the 17-story Marriott Courtyard in San Antonio.
Shane earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, and his MBA in Finance & Accounting from Texas A&M University. Prior to attending college, Shane served four years in the United States Marine Corps in the Infantry.
