Michael has over 22 years of experience providing audit services to middle-market private companies. His industry experience includes serving clients in the manufacturing, retail, distribution and professional services industry sectors. In addition to providing audit, review, and compilation services, Michael conducts agreed-upon procedure engagements assisting clients in the evaluation of fraud, internal controls, and inventory costs, among other business process areas. Michael has also provided clients with recommendations for process improvement for internal controls over financial reporting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
