Purchasing Manager

SUMMARY:
- The Company, Inc is a relationship focused; family owned and operated, HVAC wholesale distributor; that focuses on small to mid-market HVAC contractors ($200k – $500k), based out of Brentwood, TN. We have 15 branch locations across three states with approximately 140 employees. With a 50+ year history of “always doing the right thing by our employees and our customers”, we have grown to over $90MM in annual revenue with plans to exceed $136MM by the end of 2024. We are currently seeking a high caliber Purchasing Manager, to add to our amazing team!
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of purchasing experience (HVAC, Refrigeration, Construction, Plumbing or related fields) and 1-3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- You will work with senior management to develop supply chain strategies and implement them on a day-to-day basis.
- You will manage the corporate purchasing team (2 buyers and 1 jr buyer) as well as be responsible for inventory procurement, mix, and positioning within in the company.
