Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He possesses excellent problem-solving skills and has hands-on experience in all phases of construction. He has successfully completed a variety of construction projects including resorts, healthcare, education, mixed use, multi-family, tenant improvement, warehouse/distribution centers and industrial projects. 

 

As Managing Principal and CEO for PARAGON, Jeff’s role with our clients includes assisting at the C-Suite level, business analysis, studies and reporting, contract management, design management, estimating, scheduling, budget development, and completion of all phases of construction. Jeff’s experience has allowed him the pleasure of managing multiple multi-million dollar projects, implementing the “Construction Interventionist” approach to completing at-risk projects, and provides him the opportunity to recruit the very best construction professionals.

 

PARAGON Construction Consulting, Inc. was the result where Jeff recognized a need for “turn-around” expertise to recover projects that were failing or at-risk with lenders and bonding companies. That success provided Jeff the label as a “Construction Interventionist” and that success has provided for long-term relationships with major national brands where he continues to provide expertise and construction management services today. 

 

Prior to BRG and PARAGON, Jeff was Vice-President of Operations for Turner Construction Company, managing 250 staff and $300 Million per year in construction volume. Jeff is a veteran, Petty Officer Second Class, and Officer Candidate Recommendation in the United States Navy. He was the Command and Control Officer of all air-war and navigation schedules for Fleet 7 and an Air Intercept Controller responsible for 32 men.

 

For the Moffitt Cancer Center Project, Jeff will act as the client liaison, manage and coordinate the project finances, reporting and controls, assist with the design phase and value engineering processes, work with the controls staff and oversee the structure of the document management and implementation of the document controls structure. Jeff can assist with executive reporting, community outreach and negotiation of cost issues, resolution of risk items, and provide continuity and mentoring to the entire PARAGON project team. Jeff will be available for the full duration of the project.
