Ginetta L. Giovinco is a shareholder in the Coastal and Litigation Departments at Richards, Watson & Gershon and is Chair of the Firm's Coastal Department.
Ms. Giovinco represents municipalities and public entities, as well as private sector clients, in litigation and advisory matters. Ms. Giovinco has focused her practice on writ matters and land use issues, including CEQA and the Coastal Act.
She co-authored chapters in the C.E.B. treatises California Administrative Mandamus (3d ed.), California Civil Writ Practice (4th ed.), and California Civil Discovery Practice (4th ed.).
Ms. Giovinco has been selected to the Southern California Super Lawyers List in 2014-2017, and previously was selected to the Southern California Rising Stars List in 2010-2013. Ms. Giovinco is also AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
