Who we are:
National One is a CA licensed mortgage brokerage since 2013. Our corporate office is located in the city of Woodland Hills, in the county of Los Angeles. We have a branch office in Fresno CA, and soon will be launching our Northern CA office in the city of Pleasonton which is just outside of San Fransisco. Our company President / CEO and founder Emon Afshar is a seasoned real estate expert with over almost 20 years of experience in the field. Company COO and chief underwriter and Broker is Bonnie Aletaha who is an expert in delivering a thorough review of process protocols and client program options. Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity, and competence. Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Furthermore, we pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.
What we do:
Our tasks and efforts when working with new or returning clients are always custom-created to our client's requirements. We work diligently in the initial interview process to gather as much information as need by, in order to expedite and eliminate redundancies that so often hinder this industry. Each loan scenario is different from another, and one client's goals does not fit all. We strive in communication and understanding of our client's main goals, and systematically work to meet them or get as close as possible.

We utilize state of the art technologies to A) obtain applications and critical information via SmartApp technologies. Our visual multiple-choice online applications make the application process refreshing and seamless. B) We allow our clients the flexibility to obtain their tri-merge credit reports directly and securely from our website. C) our client management software allows not only our clients, but also their representative, realtors, or attorney's access to view the loan process in real-time. D) state of the art notification technology provides file updates to our clients via email, portal access, or text. E) Once pre-qualified, realtors can access and create updated pre-approval letters directly from the portal, without having to contact anyone at our offices. This is a very valuable and time-saving tool for our clients and realtors alike.
