For more than 30 years, Dean Rallis has focused his practice in the areas of business reorganization, corporate insolvency, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, as well as the acquisition of assets and businesses in bankruptcy court and out-of-court workouts.
Mr. Rallis is a graduate of USC Marshall School of Business (dual major in accounting and finance) and USC Gould School of Law. He maintains memberships in Financial Lawyers’ Conference, Los Angeles County Bar Association (Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section), Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association (1990-present), American Bankruptcy Institute, and California Bankruptcy Forum.
You just can’t take the boy out of the man. Consider Dean Rallis; whether he called a game for pitchers throwing heat at 90+ mph; riding a trail (on one of his horses); roping a steer; escorting a float during the Tournament of Roses Parade or giving public tours through the Tournament House; driving a small white ball off the tee 300+ yards (and still trying to keep it in the fairway); or riding the winding roads of the Angeles National Forest (on a motorcycle with a helmet), all his boyish “extracurricular” activities require disciplined effort and focus.
From his early years in sports through collegiate baseball, giving way to recent avocations of horsemanship and motorcycle riding, Dean has enjoyed these opportunities with the appreciation of what it takes to succeed (and not get hurt; so what is a few broken ribs between a man and his horse?).
Dean continues to have that same discipline in whatever challenges he competes in, particularly within his law practice and in court.
