Dawn Perdew founded DuMont Project in January 2009 and her non-exhaustive client list includes: Johnson & Johnson, Mars, Nestle, JARDEN, Sony Pictures Television, Allstate, Brooks Brothers, Vineyard Vines, Zillow, Casper, Tile, Lucky Brand, Wilson, AARP and many others. For seven years prior to founding DuMont Project, Dawn was President of Digital and a Founding member of Integrated Media Solutions (“IMS” was acquired by MDC in 2010), a direct response agency, and one of the largest independently-owned measured media agencies in the US.
Dawn's experience is as comprehensive as it is diverse. Since early 2000, Dawn has launched and grown brands across multiple consumer verticals via the use of a diversified media portfolio (direct and branding disciplines). Her innovations and entrepreneurial spirit led to the development of convergence modeling across all media (TV, Online, Print integration) channels and she founded IMS's digital practice. Additionally, she began and grew IMS's performance-based television ad network-Performance One that was subsequently spun out. Prior to co-founding IMS, she built a performance-based digital ad network, Web Marketing, for which AOL was the exclusive inventory partner.
Currently, Dawn serves on the Executive Board and Nominating Committee of the Television Academy (Emmy's) and focuses on bridging the evolution of digital assets for the Academy archives. Additionally, she served on the Google Agency Council providing thought leadership and architecting many of Google’s new products (alpha and beta mode). She has also donated her time to the Battered Women's Shelter of Greater Los Angeles, teaching yoga to battered women. Dawn lives in Los Angeles with her husband Kelly, son Hunter and twins Grant and Grace.
