Founding Principal & Architect
Brian is one of the founding Principals of BAM Architecture Studio and manages the firm’s Los Angeles office. BAM provides architecture, interior design and planning services for clients in the media and entertainment, science and technology, healthcare and workplace market sectors. Brian’s primary responsibility is to lead the team in architectural design and has a history of providing efficient solutions within demanding schedules for technically complex projects. In his professional development, Brian has traveled throughout Europe, Central America and Japan, collecting data about materials, function and aesthetics. He uses this unique knowledge base as a source for his work.
Brian specializes in helping businesses plan for the future of their facilities. He does this by analyzing factors such as company culture and market trajectory to create a cohesive, long-term strategy to manage growth. Brian fosters communication and trust between client, architect, and others involved in the design and construction process in an effort to maximize efficiency and minimize change orders. He looks forward to each new project as a chance to work with the client team and collaboratively arrive at a solution that aligns budget, schedule and aesthetics. His efforts have helped make BAM a success in the design field for over 16 years.

Brian stays actively aware of the trends impacting architecture through his involvement in many notable industry organizations including the AIA, IFMA and CoreNet. Locally, Brian remains connected to the design and business community by attending events hosted by the Southern California Development Forum, BisNow Los Angeles and SoCalBio. His contributions in the field have led to speaking engagements with ULI Los Angeles and the LA Bioscience Hub as well as being selected as a juror for the World Architecture News Healthcare Awards. Brian was also the sole architect selected to speak on a life sciences expert panel at the LA Kretz Innovation Campus..
